Another communications area to which we should put tremendous effort on the way to branding is corporate employees. The employees of an organization are the first individuals to represent and protect brands. The stronger principles and foundations lie beneath the communication with these employees and the more they adopt the characteristics of brands, the higher success rate our brands have. It should also be remembered that the employees of an organization are capable of devising several innovative projects for the brands.
All of these activities which will bring employees together and offer them an entertaining or thoughtful experience from time to time should be well organized from the beginning. Even though these can be seen as social activities, ‘time is money’ and these communication projects for employees should be designed to ensure short term and long term contribution to themselves and their organization.
